When choosing a machine, we know the difficulties you can face. From deciding on the model and size, to the maintenance of the machines; it can all be a headache. Mara aim take this away by walking with you throughout the process ensuring the best results and offering our expert advice.
When an enquiry is first made, a member of our team will be in touch asking for the details of your site and what the machine would be used for. Whether that be carpet, hard floor or external areas or car parks all this information is important to help us to narrow down the vast options available to you.
In some incidences, the bigger machines may allow for a less time consuming clean but not necessarily the best results for smaller sites with limited access.
Once we have identified what you will need, we can arrange a free site survey allowing us to get to assess your requirements further. The details here may include, the nearest water tank, frequency of use and if there are adequate power points for example. This information helps us to gauge the size and model of the machine you need.
After the survey has been completed, a quote is then raised with our recommendation(s), in turn leading to the order being placed. We aim to have the machinery delivered to your site within a week of the order being placed although for some larger machines this can take up to 6 weeks. At this point we offer full training for you and the operatives who will be using the machine helping you to get to know the ins and outs and make the most of your purchase.
From this stage on, Mara can offer service packages to enable you to adequately look after your machine; including assisting you with any warranty issues, maintenance of the machinery or any queries you have in general. We call this Mara Machine Care & Support. For more information follow our link!
